While some services to/from Liverpool Lime Street were with fewer carriages than usual today due to essential maintenance work, a three coach service to Liverpool Lime Street was caught by the camera today, as here illustrates. 153385 is seen here at Nottingham Station as it waits for 158785 to come in from Norwich before then taking away the 10:51 service to Liverpool Lime Street and that after the coupling procedure, the service calling at Alfreton, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Stockport, Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Oxford Road, Warrington Central, Widnes, Liverpool South Parkway and Liverpool Lime Street. In the end, services to/from Norwich on the Liverpool route were diverted away from Grantham due to damage to the overhead electric wires in the area there.
