With two green spares on Bridgford Bus, a green spare ADL Enviro 200 and this green spare Optare Solo SR, both of them were split up on terms of route numbers and today, while the newer spare went for the 9, this slightly older one unusually went for the 7 today! Considering the 7 usually uses the branded Optare Solo SR buses, I was happy to even see a spare turn up on there, especially because it was a Tuesday service and not a Saturday service here. Whenever I see spares on the 7, I usually see them on Saturdays because it's then when they most likely turn up. Today though, completely different being a Tuesday service here. A mundane working here but anything will do at the end of the day, so I'll definitely take this! 342 is seen here in the Lace Market area of Nottingham with a 7, the blind presumably before being reset ahead of its next journey to Gamston.
